The City Boy can Farm!

Aden's aunt Cyd and uncle Dennis have a new baby at their farm - - a baby calf! Weasel is 4 weeks old and without his mommy, so we went to visit and Aden helped with the bottle feeding. He had a great time. He started out on the 4-wheeler with Cyd, which really is the best way to get around on a cow farm.

Then we went straight over to visit Weasel. The calf wasn't quite sure what to think of all the people at first, but really warmed up later when food was involved.

I tried to get a good photo with my boys but quickly learned that when there's a dog-sized cow in front of us, they have no interest in a camera.

Ethan got to sit on the 4-wheeler too, but no riding for him just yet.

Aden discovered that feeding a calf is a tiny more difficult than feeding an Ethan.

The pregnant cow with the bucket of corn was more his speed.

These little guys were cute too. Aden did really well with all the animals.

Back to Weasel's place, this little guy is learning to eat hay. See how Aden is spreading it? What a natural!

Aden got to end the visit with another ride on the 4-wheeler. This became the highlight of his trip. Thanks for having us Cyd and Dennis!
