I wanted to share two things that I've been meaning to put down somewhere just to be able to remember them someday for Aden. One is that ever since he had a sonogram and ekg to view his heart, he thinks that he is black and white inside. Anytime he sees a black and white photo, he says, "That's just like inside of me - black and white!" It is seriously adorable that he thinks that is exactly what he looks like in his body.
The other is that Aden has a favorite bible verse now. He's been learning bible verses in Sunday School and comes home with a new one every week, but his favorite - and the one he clings to - is:
"God gave us the Bible" 2 Timothy 3:16
Anytime he sees any of his verse pages, he tells me, "Momma, God gave us the bible."
Yes he did sweet baby. You got that right.
