In honor of today being 10/10/10... I'd like to present 10 Reasons Why We Love the State Fair!
1. We get to show off our skills... in sports:
and in driving!
3. The Fair has HOT TUBS!
(Aden was amazed at these - he thinks we need one.
Daddy thinks so too)
4. At the Fair, learning can be fun!
5. It's a FAMILY event, and we love being together as a family!
6. There are lots of animals to see and touch - and some of them can do tricks!
7. At The Fair, they encourage climbers
8. There are loads and loads of games
9. We get to make new friends!
(Aden won this dog in a ball tossing game on the midway. All these bigger kids tried to get the balls in a bucket and couldn't get it in. Aden tried and got the ball in twice... once by bank shooting it off a prize. He was so proud and so was I. He chose this dog as his prize, which he named Licker.
Yes, he won Licker at the fair)
10. The food! The fabulous, fried and candied FOOD!
